India & Pakistan faced off at ICJ on Kulbhushan Jadhav case

India presented strong point of view in International Court of Justice (ICJ) against death sentence to Kulbhushan Jadhav by military court of Pakistan.

India clearly said that Pakistan is violating the Vienna convention and conducting “Farcial trail” without a “Shared of evidence”. Which violation of international laws.

Pakistan has violated rules of International law, India says, citing La Guard and Avena cases on Consular access

India made innumerable requests to Pakistan for consular access which were denied by Pakistan.

During hearing , ICJ rejects plea of Pakistan to play video confession of Kulbhushan Jadhav claimed by Pakistani officials. This is huge embarrassment for Pakistan as that video is available on internet and trusted laboratories have tested it and found around 90 cuts in video. Which is uneasy to consider and confession and looks like tamper or fake video.

Pakistan has not provided India any chargesheet, copy of the verdict and any other related documents.

India demands for immediate suspension of execution and declare decision of Pak court house as illegal.

The ICJ chair addresses the court and says ICJ will render its order as soon as possible. The date will be duly communicated to the parties. “The sitting is closed.”
